How the heck was Mich State in the top 25?
Sparks was behind the line, and got fouled.
Forde with a pro-Pitino piece. Isn't this about the same time last year he dropped his "You made your bed, now lie in it" article about Cal?
What a colossal douche nozzle.
Still can't believe they called this a charge.
I hate charge/block calls in general, it's really a difficult call. I would probably call 75% blocks and 25% charges.

It seems like it's getting a little better this year. The last few years have been terrible, though (the above gif is from the championship game last year).
But yeah, I'd definitely lean more towards blocks. Award the offensive player for an aggressive, athletic move. You can't blatantly bowl people over, but flopping really makes the game worse.
What is really starting to irritate me lately is all the flopping by the offensive player, just to encourage a call from the refs (and they are getting those calls). Just having watched Big Ten games lately, Travis Trice (Mich St) and D'Angelo Russell (Ohio St) seem to be the worst at this. Its just a pathetic excuse for basketball and is really hurting the game.

So it's okay for defensive players flop? But offensive players can't exaggerate and try to get a call on their side?
Pitino really knows how to pick em. Chris Jones facing rape/sodomy charges.
Kentucky is good.
At this point, nah, just go for it. They're clicking. May as well keep riding it as long as we can.
