This almost certainly means that Sugar Ray is [insert boxing metaphor]. The other move will be interesting. I wouldn't mind seeing Gosselin optioned down and go with an 8 man pen for a while. Also possible that someone hits the DL.

Cornely and Kohn have been pitching well in AAA. So has Veal.

I don't expect Cornely to stick long, but Kohn could be around for a while.

Cornely has a very good arm. Has had control issues in the past. But this year has only walked one in nine innings (small sample caveat applies).

Btw he is the seventh player from our 2011 draft to reach the majors. And there are a couple others who have a shot.

Cornely is like Juan Jaime redux without the occasional nasty. Kohn, IMO, immediately becomes the #2 arm -- speaking of quality -- in the pen (assuming Jim Johnson continues to struggle).

Thomas didn't do himself any favors in his outing. I know that would leave one lefty, though.

I wonder if we're going to carry an extra RP . . . or if someone's hurt.

RH relievers Michael Kohn and John Cornely are currently driving to Philadelphia. #Braves have not officially announced their promotion.

I assume we've demoted Marrimon and traded Freeman and now need to fill a couple roster spots.

What's the record for most pitchers used during a season by a MLB club? I might be wrong but I believe the Reds just broke the record recently, but we just might pull it off this year.

Kohn and Cornely have arrived in Philadelphia. They flew, but the drive from Norfolk would have provided a more interesting narrative.

Seriously, how the **** does this man have a job?

Bowman recognizes that "facts" are unnecessary for truly great reporting.
