People without protection from predatory lenders. You know that stuff written into the fine print - be it military or otherwise.
People without access to conventional loans for whatever reason. People that haven't the education or where with all to understand what it is they are getting into.
Kinda like if you bought a new car -- there are lemon laws to protect your $35K investment.

Point is one party is addressing the issue and the other blocks any type of regulation
But hey, they are both the same --- right?

And ultimately you will care. Like the next time our economy collapses due in part to people stuck in loans they are incapable to pay off
