Callaspo showing off his 2.5 inch vertical on that ball off the bag. Not exactly an A for effort.

Yeah and his BB% is almost double his K%. Simmons has been really impressive this year offensively.

Couple of weak hits in the second inning that I hope don't come back to bite us.

He seems like he has a plan at the plate this year. Really different approach.

Folty has easy gas. That's an extremely effortless delivery.

Folty misses his spots a bit too much for my liking. I get that he can get away with it considering how hard he throws it but man he is goign to give up a bunch of homers.

I had Folty pegged as a future reliever before the season but I am really liking what I am seeing from him. I like the walk that inning, he threw a bunch of fastballs off the plate to see if he would chase knowing the pitcher was up next and then retired the pitcher on 1 pitch down the middle. Seems like every other time we walk the 8th hitter to get to the pitcher we cant throw strikes to the pitcher.

Or the pitcher hits a bases clearing double.

Hate to see the run score but it could've been worse with Howard at the plate, two on, and nobody out. It seems like Howard has hit about 10 miles worth of home runs against us in those situations.

Freeman misplayed that. He should have went to second for the double play with how slow Howard is.

Still better than having Cahill out there.
