No denying I have been lacking. Job is getting hard, deadlines and people want their stuff done now. We have ERP issues coming up and a lot of the programming issues which is my domain. My boss is treating me like crap and we had a big fight about it. The contract programmer and I fight constantly and she got mad when I proved her wrong (she is probably the best in the area but she thinks simple primates are not capable of making mistakes on universal subjects and they do which I pointed out). So I told my boss believe her or believe me and I gave her proof and she still sided with her and I was like WTF am I supposed to do when you do what she says and cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars and you will blame me. I am not going to have that so I been busy trying to head off this disaster. So those involved, vendors and what not are being talked to by me telling them what is up and question her about, are you sure this is what you want. I have to do this in a way that she won't know. Imaging ordering a bunch of computers and they send you a bunch of oranges, this is what I am talking about.

Sorry, just letting you know why I am out of the picture from time to time and asking for help. If anyone is good at VB, .NET and SQL Server 2008, I will gladly send you the code on how to use it to keep track of everything.
