Didn't we already do this? Marimon looked awful why not someone who hasn't had a chance yet

I agree. Time to give some of the guys that may have something to contribute a shot.

    Or

They are trying to sabotage a decent season for the higher draft pick!

We have 3 guys killing it in the pen at Gwinnett. Why don't we give them a try in the bullpen?

When I saw the title of this thread, I honestly thought it was the joke. I’m now kinda hoping it was, and I just didn’t get it.

DOB tweeted that they've tried most of the "young guys" already on the 40 man in the pen. I'm not disagreeing with you guys, just pointing it out...

Today is Marimon's scheduled start in Gwinnett and given Perez pitched an inning on Saturday, my guess is Marimon is here in case the team needs relief help early. He'll likely be in AAA again on Tuesday.

Yeah designated sacrificial lamb for a day or two. It only becomes a mistake if they keep him for an extended period.

I'd say he goes back down on Wednesday when we are back to playing NL rules and have to have extra guys on the bench to pinch hit for pitchers.

Told you guys, Hart is purposely giving Fredi a terrible bullpen so he can be the fall guy when he's let go.

Even more cleverly Hart has assembled a group that plays entertaining gritty baseball but is not quite good enough to make Fredi look smart and just bad enough to fet us a protected pick.

I'm telling you dude, this front office is trying to get this team to boil down into the sh*tter...these trades working out so far is absolutely dampening their plans
