Seems like a prime time for Howard to hit another home run against us.

Not surprising. When you piss away an opportunity to walk off with a win, this is what usually happens.

Carp would've gave him a homer off his slider (NLDS vs Dodgers) and his best 96 mph fastball (Braves vs Nationals recently). At least that is his track record vs Uribe. :)

Hope Ciriaco was paying attention there. That's what the **** you do with a runner on third.

    Jesus Christ, Fredi. Really?

I figured with the Masset-Eveland combo this inning that this game was going to the Phillies. They're our worst relievers right now.

And not surprisingly Fredi used them while we still had other guys in the pen.

Plus he wasted Grilli vs the bottom of the order. I disagreed with both moves.

I've always thought the Phillies kept Ruiz all these years so they could bask in the glory of him destroying the Braves.

Thanks Fredi. Pitchers gonna pitch, but the manager can relieve the pain. Bad loss, we need to get to .500 at some point, ya' know,

Good line for Masset today. Chance to get to .500, and we took a dump.

Figures. You don't seem to enjoy much of anything.

Yea, I have been calling for his release for a while now. He can take Eveland with him, I was in favor of signing Eveland given our needs at the time. But now I am ready to move on from him too.

Hopefully Viz and some others replace them soon.
