    SMOLTZY to the HOF

I never look forward to the inductee speeches because they all sound the same. But I will listen to Smoltz. He is such a gabber and a ham. You know he is working hard on delivering his jokes. Watching him try to be funny is hilarious.

I love the way the guys in the booth keep showing that tumble play. It's fun to watch good friends pick at one another but I think they are all going to be moved when Smoltz gets in.

Biggio's speech may be the best I've ever heard. It was moving and delivered well. Smoltz has a good mix of seriousness, with his TJ PSA, and humor. I never saw that wig coming! Instead of steroids, he's been juicing on Rogaine. This was the first time in many years that I enjoyed watching every speech in its entirety. RJ looked in pain up there, but I thought his speech was good, too.

Found this interesting...If I had to guess I'd say the voice is Billy Ripken
