FWIW, OTC (Over the Cap) has Kap's deal with a 17 mil cap hit next season, they're usually right on par with contracts, the best site to use.
I get that.
Conditions will effect everyone different. There's no one on the court who works as hard on both sides as LeBron. I also think his build contributed to it.
Either way, it affected him worse than it did anyone else. It has nothing to do with him not being in shape, or not being hydrated.
Even if the injury report is true (not sure I buy it) that's even more of a reason not to pay him premium bucks. Running QB's get hurt more often and often times more severely than pocket QB's.
Again, I know they had to dish it out given their current state of win now. You can't start over with a new QB when your team is in win now mode. But I think it will be a mistake in the end.

Every QB gets injuries and Kaep has not missed a game thus far in his career and didn't in his college career. The guy is built different than the traditional running QB's and plays smarter. If you've watched Kaep play on a consistent basis you would notice that he never tries to get the extra yard if its unnecessary. While they will be susceptible to more hits outside of the pocket these guys are able to avoid more hits in the pocket. We will see how it plays out.
Kaep is an absolute nightmare for opposing defenses.
