I saw his name on the credits. I hate that.

That's high on my "next up" list.

Been on a minor binge—in between traveling for leisure last month and a lot of scheduled travel for work next month—and finally caught up on a few items. I just finished the new season of Bojack Horseman (awesome), the first season of Maria Bamford's Lady Dynamite (very intriguing, and sporadically hilarious; interested to she where she goes next), and the final season of Maron (which was fitting). Have to watch season six of Venture Brothers, then I'll either try Night Of or Stranger Things—sounds like you'd advocate the former?

The Night Of has been excellent. A tad slow to build, but after episode 2 (only 8) its rock solid. Two thumbs up so far. Two episodes left...

FX's new show Atlanta is off to a great start.

I think this is the first show I've ever watched where I could relate to the dialogue and jokes in every scene.

Growing up around that slang and dialogue, it just had me laughing and smiling the entire time.

Only thing weird about it, is Donald Glover's "accent" sounds nothing like his character is from the South.

    Stumbled across this tonight.

I agree with the top four, except The Wire simply belongs in a class of its own.

Arrested Development behind Friends proves the list is bunk. I understand Friends has to make the list because of popularity, but it's just the Big Bang Theory of its era. A highly formulaic sappy comedy.

I don't really agree with the comedy portion. Never saw the appeal in Friends. Don't agree with roping in comedies with dramas, either. Also, it's hard to compare eras. Gunsmoke all the way at 98 and M.A.S.H. in the teens is silly. Gunsmoke isn't my cup of tea, but there's no denying its influence. Also funny that they left The Cosby Show out entirely. Guarantee if Bill had not been exposed as a predator, it would have been way up the list.

As for the dramas, it's a pretty solid list, even though The Shield should be much higher.

It's not just hanging out in their neighborhood. The dialogue and stuff are the closest I've ever seen a show coming close to authentic black culture and ebonics since the wire.

I've never related to a show any more than this.

It's just all around great tv. Half an hour and very close to reality.

Anybody watching Pitch? The pilot was pretty good. Smoltz was in it and did a solid job.

I can maybe make it 10 min before I turn it off, the jokes are really lame.

Luke Cage is awesome, acting superb, there is not enough adjectives to describe how good it is.
