Watch the Wonderful Whites of West Virginia after this. It’s a documentary about a multi generational white trash family. Every stereotype you can think of is present and then some.

Also Community finally hitting Netflix is the best. Hate Hulu. More stuff that goes to Netflix, HBO and Disney+ the better.

Man, Innocence Files really just hammers home the belief that the death penalty should be abolished. Maybe consider allowing it in some form of extreme situations. But yeah, innocent people getting framed even in the DNA era.

I'm loving this. Always wanted to watch Community from the start. Just wish Netflix would get Brooklyn 99.

I'm kind of the same way. I have liked the show but it's not binge worthy for me with commercials all the time.

Hulu even broke my streaming habits with one of my favorite shows, King of the Hill. I love the show and will watch it but not just stream it non-stop. My dream is King of the Hill ends on Hulu at some point and jumps to Disney+. Same with Futurama.

KoTH will probably stay on Hulu. Disney is putting shows that aren’t family friendly on Hulu.

    Simpsons aren't family friendly.

I think Disney will eventually kill Hulu. The bundle they're offering will eventually roll into Hulu being part of Disney+. We're in the midst of a massive expansion of streaming services. THat seems to have finally hit a wall. We're finally seeing contraction as people step into the mix. Eventually Hulu won't be viable and I think they move into a studio not a streamer. And their adult content will be sold elsewhere. I think long term Disney+ will look to actually challenge Netflix, and the only way to do that is fold Hulu. The choices on Disney+ are stellar, but they're tiny compared to Netflix. And with HBO Max coming out that's another competitor to Disney. And this is without Netflix really trying to put their competition out of business.

Simpsons is iconic. Much more iconic culturally than KotH or Futurama.

That's why it was one of the main selling points of D+

No. The House of Mouse is family friendly. They already Edit pg 13 movies on Disney plus now to make them Pg. Hulu is there for Disney shows that arent for kids

In what world is KotH not "family friendly"? It's amazing as cultural critique, but moreover—amongst animated comedies of the past thirty years—it's also probably the most spectacularly wholesome (and, amazingly, without being cringe). Bob's Burgers is up there, too—which is unsurprising, considering a lot of the non-Mike Judge creative talent from KotH are production principals on BB.

Just finished Doom Patrol on HBOMax and it's very well done. I wanted to watch it because I like about 75% of the things Alan Tudyk does, Timothy Dalton is a pro, and I was curious to see if this couldn't be a rebound point for Brendan Fraser who hasn't been in a huge role for over 10 years. And I don't know about the rebound but man he did a great job. It did a good job of taking a property that no one really knows about and setting them up for a long run of success.

Now I wish they would redo Watchmen for a comic remake and ****can the mediocre film.

Any word on whether HBO Max is making progress on a deal with Amazon & Roku?

Finished watching Lovecraft Country today. It's really quite good.

Though it is chock full of body horror, so if you can't stand that, don't watch it.

But if you're interested in a gorey interesting show which doesn't stick to just one style of horror, it may be for you.

So been not watching a ton lately. Love what I've seen so far from Legend of Vox Machina.

Caught up on trashy TV mainly. Just kind of waiting for something new to strike me. It was Lord of the Rings but I'm not loving the first releases. Dwarf women without beards just kind of important. Or at least like Mutton Chops. It's part of the lore and if the writers are going to ignore the lore, screw it.

Can't wait for the Halo series on Paramount. Been waiting for a live action film for awhile, but a series could be just as good.
