Without a good executive team, the business fails. Anyone can go and buy Oreos but not that many people can efficiently and effectively run Nabisco.

You can't put that option in a contract because you can't define what exactly and why the person is getting fired.

I am well aware of the airline market. They've gone bankrupt over and over again because it's nearly impossible to efficiently run the business at a price people can afford. That's why all of the mergers have happened - it was in the best interest of the country.

Airline prices have never been cheaper than they are today.
