Miller is a good pitcher. He is not and never has been an ace. He's still young, so no one knows exactly how his career will go, but right now he's a very good #3 and potentially a good #2.

Right. He hasn't established what he's going to regress to.

I think it's entirely possible that 2.7-8 is "mean" for him, and that he's lost heart and focus during this nightmare season.
