Looks like the Nationals aren't taking this series seriously. They've given us a break by not putting Uggla in the line-up. Uggla has more than half of his 2015 RBIs against us.

EDIT--Oops! Bad news for Dan is good news for us. Uggla out for the remainder of the season. Also, for those of you wanting a Papelbon Nationals' jersey, they are no longer available.

Olivera gets hit square on the elbow guard and has to come out of the game? Seriously?

I remember Gattis taking one to the elbow and didn't even flinch.

I'm a fan of Wisler. He hasn't been fantastic this year, but he's done a great job maturing. His repotoire alone is pretty good though.

Wisler has looked solid his past 4-5 outings. He should have a rotation spot next year.

I think he's putting it together. His struggles were more of a (pre-injury) Mike Minor variety...good stuff, spotty condidence prone to nibble.

Nibbling has been huge. He hasn't been on the offensive - he toyed with them.

That's why we need a veteran in the rotation. Add an Aaron Harang to the mix and there's no nibbling, guaranteed.

Hypothetical. If AJsie is one hit away from .300 in game 162, does he bunt and then take himself out?

Can't help but be encouraged about Wisler. He'll be a big factor in the rotation come next year.

Uggla would have come through for them in that situation.

You add harang and still have Perez then nothing left to nibble
