Don't know much about him. Stats?
Big lefty. Hasn't pitched above AA. Combined for a 2.63 ERA in A+ and AA last year. 82 Ks in 61.2 IP with 21 BBs.
he was a starter until 2014, then moved to reliever.
struggled at first with a very high BB%.. last year he got that down to 3.1BB/9 compared to a ~12K/9.. mid 2 to low 3 ERA which is good for a reliever.. only pitched in AA.. so it will be a big jump.. 23 years old. 6'5 213 Lbs..
Guess this was a high recommendation from Gordon Blakely.
Dude did pretty well against lefties last year. In 18.1 IP against them he K'd 31 and BBd 10. They did manage 15 hits off of him. If my math is correct that's a WHIP of 1.38.

I say stock up on as many relievers as we can. Keep them, send them to AAA, or flip them in ST depending on how the ST battles shake out.
DOB says it's pronounced "Ruts-skee". I wasn't close.
