Well, one thing I think about Shanks is that he is a mouthpiece for a certain part of the organization. If I am right about that then the Freeman rumors probably have some validity at least within the subset of those that feed Shanks.

I'm not saying he ever really knows what he's talking about, just that he is used by some in the organization to message out.

Bill is pretty dialed in. Agree or disagree with him, I think he has some solid sources. He could be just throwing stuff out there as radio hosts are wont to do, but who knows.
