Let's use this to talk about the 29 other teams in baseball. Let's keep the Braves talk out of this as much as possible.
Boston needs/wants an ace.
Padres might be looking to trade Tyson Ross.

Well, the Braves might be able to trade with the Red Sox if all these trades had produced even one solitary ace!!
Only kidding.

I heard MLB doesnt think the Nats have enough money so they awarded them half the braves TV deal to make sure they can win the division this time.

I wonder if the Twins will be aggressive for once? I know it's not their ideal team building process, but they have a decent core and were so close last season. I think a starting pitcher would help them big time.
Twins will likely be looking for bullpen first and foremost. They have been awarded the negotiating rights for Byung Ho Park, so that's likely their first order of business. Starting pitching is certainly in flux for them. Nolasco hasn't panned out at all. Hughes took a step back in 2015. Santana pitched half a season. Gibson has been a tease, but when he's been good he's been very good. Pelfrey and Milone are decent back of the rotation guys. Tyler Duffey pitched well down the stretch and Berrios is waiting in the wings. They may look for another starter, but I don't think that's at the top of the shopping list.
Jose Fernandez rumors.

any relation to Chan Ho Park?
Dan Hayes of CSNChicago.com reports that the White Sox are open to trading Avisail Garcia.
Hayes adds that the White Sox have "already entertained offers" for the 24-year-old corner outfielder, who struggled to the tune of a .257/.309/.365 slash line in 2015. Garcia is entering his first year of salary arbitration (as a Super Two qualifier) and the White Sox feel they have adequate outfield depth without him between Melky Cabrera, Adam Eaton, and fast-riser Trayce Thompson. "Their people are very frustrated with [Garcia]," a scout told CSNChicago.com.
