Has there EVER been a statement and question a certain someone should absolutely never have made and asked publicly more than...
Kinda pathetic to see yourself as a message board knight in shining armor. How impotent does someone have to be in real life to resort to playing hero on a message board?

If the price is right? Absolutely. No more half measures, Walter.
Yes and No, we cant have an entire team of prospects however.
I'd even throw some of the guys that play down at Tooner Field if it meant getting more prospects to reload eith
I think the first choice is Miller. We either extend him at below market prices, max 18 million a year for his FA seasons, or trade him for the best package available. I feel the Braves won't contend in the next 3 years so having him at reduced cost before FA won't do this team any good and his value will only decrease as he gets closer to FA. Next would be Julio and then Freeman. Julio is risky cus he had a down year and you don't want to trade him while his value is low. Freeman would be the hardest to trade because he's essentially making 20.5 million a year in his FA years and that's well below market right now for a player of his ability and will be a pretty big discount for those actual seasons. It should take a pretty big haul to pry him away.
But by the time we're ready to compete, Miller will basically be gone anyway.
I think trading Miller is a priority. I would just sit back and let somebody blow you away on Freeman and Teheran. If somebody does, pull the trigger. If not, keep them and have them around for at least a few more years once this young talent comes up.
Without a doubt....
I think the Freeman talks come back but it will be after the winter meetings and closer to spring training.
Miller will be gone next week, I can feel it.
Teheran will be traded as well, but it is tough to tell when. Possibly as early as next week or as late as the trade deadline.
The amount of talent that can be brought into the system by moving these 3 players could help get us competitive sooner rather than later.
You keep the three of them on the teAm and you are status quo.
I would trade everyone but Freeman. Let me just throw this out there now. 2017 Freeman has a career year and hits .330 with 40 homers.

I don't think trading Freeman now is the wisest choice or that you would get maximum value after the wrist injury lingering last year. I would not be opposed to trading Julio, but it might not be the best time to trade him either, coming off of a down year.
