Positions look about right. I would rather not see Inciarte in the leadoff slot, but the batting order doesn't really matter....the offense is going to be pretty bad no matter what.

Ah, you changed it. Yes, I think you have it about right now with Aybar in the 2 hole, though I could also see us using Markakis higher in the order again as well.

Aybar and his .300-.320 OBP needs to stay well away from the 2 hole. Although, again, it doesn't really matter with this poor collection of offensive talent.

Fair point. The lineup is not good. Why worry about varying levels of "not goodness?"

That's kind of the point. As long as they both post an OBP of .320 or more, we're fine at the top.

I think you bat Aybar in the 2 hole as long as he hits. If he slumps you drop him and try to plug in someone else. But that allows you to at least not have 3 lefties to start off the game against a lefty on the mound.

As is, would put Garcia ahead of AJ to keep a left/right mix. Otherwise, seems solid. Looks like we'll be last in homers again.

we have not had a true lead off hitter in a long time....think furcal or possibly bourn (the first time)....im hoping inciarte can be that type of player....
