Was wondering when we would get this. I really like Shaq Lawson and MacKenzie Alexander. I fully expect the Saints to take a backup center with the first round pick.

This first mock comes out as Senior Bowl week begins, the first big step in the draft process. Since I live down here, I'll likely hear some good stuff about the players here. Here are some players I'm real curious about:

Braxton Miller, Ohio State WR: Former quarterback, moved to receiver due to shoulder injury and emergence of J.T Barrett and Cardale Jones. Real curious to see how is receiver game translates to the pros.

Cody Kessler (USC) and Kevin Hogan (Stanford): Pac 12 quarterbacks aren't real highly rated. They have a chance to build their stock.

Kenneth Dixon, Louisiana Tech RB: Set records as a Sun Belt RB. Lets see how he does against higher rated competition.

Carson Wentz, North Dakota State QB: Was the man in the FCS. Scouts are already raving about him. If he has a good week, could be a top 10 prospect.

Jake Coker, Alabama QB: Does this national championship QB have what it takes to make it on a NFL roster? (PS, Roll Tide!)

Reggie Ragland, Alabama LB: Played ILB at Bama, but will be an outside linebacker this week. (PS, Roll Tide!).

Glenn Gronkowski, Kansas State TE: Curious mainly because of his name. How does he compare to big bro Rob?

Noah Spence, Eastern Kentucky DE: Another FCS star who could make a big name of himself in Mobile.

CC, have you seen Arkansas' TE play? Not sure if he's old enough/ready to come out but he's so big even Weeden could hit him with a pass 50 yards away. ;)

    I'm not sure Weeden could.

Yeah, I've seen Hunter Henry play. He's good. His game for a TE is very good all around. Should be a solid player.

    That he is.

Tell you, yeesus, and any other Cowboys fans, when I heard Jason Garrett and the Cowboys staff were coaching the North, I was happy about that. Mainly because I have a lot of interest in Carson Wentz and the staff will coach him this week. If he has a big week, I'm going to hope the Cowboys take him.

So tell us, how much money do you have wagered on the South squad? ;)

I wouldn't expect the Titans to take a RB before round 3.

love it Crimson. I'm really hoping the Cowboys like Wentz enough to take him at 4 and let him sit a year or two. If they don't, though, I'd like Bosa, Jack, or Ramsey at 4. Don't see them spending that high on a WR, especially with guys like Fuller (love), Doctson, and Thomas potentially there in round two.

Love Noah Spence as well, Wentz and then Spence or Fuller would make my day.

Holy ****, the kid out of Ole Miss and Jarrett would be an awesome draft. But, I don't see us going TE in the 2nd round with Reed and Paul in the fold. Plus, we just used a late pick on the TE from the Niners.

I would see us going after the following the most heavy:

    DL
    S
    OG
    CB (depending on Culliver)

    then ILB/WR

As long as Connor Cook doesn't land in Dallas I am happy. Also Seattle would be a killer destination too.

Spence is quickly becoming my man crush in this draft. As Marcus Peters was last year.

I'll be surprised if the Bears don't draft a QB in rounds 3-4-5. Cardale Jones seems like a guy they could draft in those rounds and take a year or two to develop behind Cutler.
