I don't know if we asked, but he's been working in baseball since he retired. It's not like he was just sitting there to be poached.

That's why I asked. I thought I remembered the subject being brought up when he was on with Chip and Joe quite a while back, and my thought was that he mentioned the subject had been brought up but that he really mainly wanted to be home at that point.

Fully respect that. Man retires from a long baseball career, he's entitled to want to work close to home.
