I think that all of the ingredients are there for a magical thread. I am stoked for the drama of seeing if we can find a bullpen lefty who can throw the ball 60' 6", and watching the epic competition between marginally talented utility infielders for the 25th spot on the roster.

I really hope that Jace dropped off because of that injury. If he's the guy he was on pace to be before he hurt himself, we would have a ~2.5 WAR second baseman that wants to be on the field really badly. Very good combo. Hope that happens, anyway.
