I appreciate it Zeet. You're a good man!!! Well, except I don't really care for Matlock, but I like several of those other shows from about that same time period. :)

I didn't really care for MacGyver when it was on originally but I think it might be a good choice to get into now. Same with the original CSI and the original Law and Order. I didn't like CSI Miami back when it was on but loved it a few years when I started watching it.

Original law and order is some of the best TV that has ever been produced.

The wife and I used to really watch the Law and Order SVU series religiously but got kinda tired of it, especially after the Eliot character left. The other Law and Order with the guy from the 1st Men in Black movie looks pretty good too. He seems to be just enough of a "just over the edge" character to make it interesting.

Do you like the FBI's that are on CBS now?

Honesty the only 'cop drama' shows I've ever watched was original Law and Order and Criminal Minds.

Criminal Minds got too wild after the first few seasons. Like nightmare worthy stuff.

I think that's why Mandy Patinkin left. I still like the later ones, they let Morgan have a personal side and they let Reid be something other than a geeky virgin type. Joe Mantegna did a good job at replacing Patinkin when left (I still liked Patinkin's character better though).

    What about the NCIS triplets?

that's how I have been about the shows I haven't watched much yet. I think on some of those you have to wait until "you're ready to get into them" before you can really watch them and become "a fan".

The best way to stop a bad guy with a gun is to make sure he doesn’t get a gun.

I used to really enjoy these shows. Then I listened to hundreds of hours of the old Dragnet radio show while I was commuting. None of the other cop shows stack up after that, Dragnet was just too good.
