    2016 Predictions

    Since we are now less than a week from the MLB season starting (already!), I figure it's time for some predictions. Start it off with some predictions about the Braves, then about the rest of MLB:

    I'll start it off with my picks:

    Braves wins: 75
    Freddie Freeman homers: 23
    Hector Olivera homers: 16
    Julio Teheran wins: 12
    Ender Incarate stolen bases: 20
    Erick Aybar earliest trade date: June 25th
    Dansby Swanson MLB debut date: June 30th

    Division winners:
    NL East: Mets
    NL Central: Cubs
    NL West: Giants
    AL East: Yankees
    AL Central: Royals
    AL West: Rangers

    Wild Cards:
    NL: Cardinals and Pirates
    AL: Astros and Red Sox

    NL Champions: Cubs
    AL Champions: Rangers

    World Series Champions: Yep, I'm saying it, Chicago Cubs

    Braves wins: < 70. I want to be optimistic, but I'm kind of with striker here. There's going to be a lot of moving parts this season. Probably even more than last year.

    I want to be more positive, but looking at the rotation and the pen I cannot with good conscience be so.
