I know we just had an off-day, but, giving them more rest today since we face Stras and Gio the next couple of days would be optimal.

Schafer hasn't looked good either since returning from DL (including minors). Hopefully he starts to hit again tonight.

Its going to be fun watching Simmons and Janish up the middle. Just get some early runs and put the pressure on the Nats.

btw..have we faced Strasburg and Gio every series so far?

Hehe. That might not be a bad idea considering Zimmerman's issues at third. It surely wouldn't be the first time he made a throwing error that helped us (including a few big wins this year in Washington).

Yep, said on scout seems we always get them when we play the Nats.

Not sure if the schedule sets it up but kinda weird.

Hopefully we will in September. Sometimes you just don't know when you can catch lighting in a bottle.

Think about how hot Gattis was in April/May. Imgaine if we got someone that the leageu didn't know about that gave us that type of production in October?
