Hillary doesn't always show the best judgment, but she is the most vetted, and hence one of the least corrupt, politicians in modern history.
Seriously, if three decades of non-stop investigation hasn't turned up anything illegal, the only plausible explanation is that she hasn't done anything illegal.

I'm convinced they don't just manipulate for Hillary, but for the left as a whole. I've noticed when I research facts the more left leaning websites tend to pop up first. That's anecdotal, but it just seems to happen a lot.
