Anything pertaining to shooting. Lebron is more like Shaq in that his sheer brute force allows him to get to the lane. I would suspect that he will not be able to score at will when he gets to his early to mid 30's even though like MJ he could vastly improve his shooting.

He's already drastically improved his shooting. Durant is a better shooter. Bron does everything else better.
You assuming he won't be able to play the same in his early to mid 30s is really silly to me. Surely you've seen the way he's built? He's a 6'8, 255 lb. monster. There's nothing to suggest a guy with his frame and athleticism can't continue it for a long time. You're making an assumption because you love Durant. There's no basis for it.

I guess Love who hoists plenty of shots doesn't count.

Kevin Martin didn't like his role last year but I think mostly its a feeling of having a PG like Rubio. That guy is incredible. Other than RW, he is my favorite player to watch in the NBA.

Every play in every sport loses something as they get older.

Whether thats speed, athleticsm, or whatever it is.

LeBron will lose something as he gets older, all athletes do, how he does to offset that will be interesting to see transpire.

I said he's a better shooter. What are these "other things" he's better at?
LeBron is a great scorer, great passer, great rebounder, great teammate, and is one of the top 3 defensive players in the game.
Durant isn't a MUCH better scorer. It's pretty marginal.
I never said LeBron will never ever ever ever slow down. Reub seems to think that in 2-5 years, he will begin to clearly slow down, and I very much question the basis for that thought. It's a complete assumption and makes little sense. Guys like him don't come around often. He's not really human. Durant is likely to breakdown at a younger age than LeBron is. He's not built the same.

    LOL at the last part?

If anything, i can see KD playing at a very high level in the 35-37 age type.

Kobe has done the same, he lost some athleticsm, and pretty much kept on dominating.

Out of curiosity, why do you think KD will break down outside of injury?

He doesnt rely on his body as much as LeBron since hes such a great scorer.

I could see LeBron lose a little bit in 2-5 years, i dont see whats so crazy about that.

Can I ask you if you took the SATs, and, if so, what you received on the reading part?
I said KD is probably more likely to breakdown at a younger age than LeBron is. I understand the playing style, but LeBron is built much better for the long haul.
It's like...ugh...where did I say it's crazy LBJ will lose "a little bit" in 2-5 years? Go back and READ what thethe said. Key word: READ. READ. Please, read.
I don't even know what to say, because you don't make any sense when you post, for the most part.
Also, again, what outside of shooting is KD better at? He's a marginally better scorer. LeBron is the better rebounder, passer, defender, inside player.
KD isn't in LeBron's conversation. If KD is still improving, then so is LeBron.

KD is 4 years younger and hasnt even hit his prime yet while LeBron is at the PEAK of his game right now.

I never said LeBron will breakdown and become Brandon Roy, but he will lose athleticsm and his game will be hurt a little bit because of it.

What age will he breakdown at?

KD is only 25 i think right now.

Unless he suffers a ton of injuries, i dont see any reason why he'll breakdown.

The guy is just too good of a scorer.

LeBron is a better all-around player, have i disputed this?

Here's another question, how many more peak/elite years do you think LeBron has, i say 5-6 which would put him at 34-35 i believe, he's 28-29 right now, turns 29 in the middle of the year i believe.

And again, KD doesnt rely on his athleticsm like LeBron does, or as much.

So you think KD will break down at 31-32 when he's in his prime, interesting.

Yep. I said that. I sure said that. Mind quoting me on that? I forget where I said it. I did say it, after all.

Well, thethe thinks LeBron will break down a little bit in 2-5 years.

That's ages 29-34 for LeBron, so maybe a little less.

What age do you think KD "breaks down"

Do you understand what "younger age" means? Not sooner, at a younger age. So what that means is, if LeBron starts to noticeably break down at 36, and KD does at 35, that fits what I said, because 36>35.
I really have no interest in predicting what age a player will breakdown. Way too many variables. All I said was I could see KD breaking down at a younger age considering their body types. Also throw their skill level in there. LeBron could break down a little and still be a better player.

    Easily.

Those Cavs teams had plenty of good role players.
