RW is playing at an all time level right now. So easy to get frustrated watching him but man he is truly special.

He is a stat machine and will never be more than a guy who chases triple doubles.

Gail Miller, wife of the late Larry H. Miller and current owner of the Utah Jazz, just announced that she put the ownership of the Utah Jazz into a legacy trust, which ensures the team cannot be sold and/or moved, nor will the Miller's receive any "material benefit" from the legacy trust. In other words, the Millers basically donated the team to the state of Utah.

It goes to show what the Braves are truly missing out on with Liberty.

This is an amazing story. Who holds control of operations? This sounds like something the other 29 owners would not approve of.

Supposedly, they have been working on this for years with the NBA to find an arrangement that would be suitable for the NBA.

From my understanding, the trust will be ran by a six person board which will consist of members of the Miller family. When one member dies, the rest will vet the rest of the family for a replacement.

So, while it is technically possible for the board to decide to move (though I don't quite understand the legal ramifications of doing so), a single person cannot arbitrarily decide to do so.

Have you guys watched Jokic play at all this year?

I've never seen someone at his size pass the way he does. He is like a 6'11 Jason Kidd.

Good to see Durant stick it to the Thunder and their fans last night.

I go back and forth on him and Westbrook too. Initially I didn't like RW and liked KD. Then I fell in love with Russ after seeing him play a lot. Love his effort and tenacity on the court. He's fun to watch. Now I don't really like Durant a ton and thought he's a coward for fleeing to Golden State. Along same lines as James leaving and then leaving again. Durant as a person like you said seems genuine and very nice off the court. I thought the fans were going to boo him, but every time he touched the rock was overboard. Because of him and Russ your city had enjoyed nothing, but success side the Thunder moves there. I don't like the way he left, but at some point you need to remember the person as well as the player.

Great trade for Sacramento. Cousins to the Pelicans for Buddy Hield, what will amount to about the 14th pick in the draft, two guys they're going to cut and a 2nd rounder. Awesome job Vlade and Vivek. GTFO.

Someone needs to park Vivek's ass on a camel and send his ass back to India and while you're at it, warm up the BMW that's been created by welding together two BMW's, find the salvage title and send Vlade's ass driving back to Serbia in it.

So the Sixers gave up Noel for essentially nothing?

I need some help reconciling Gobert. How did you cope without westbrook blowing his knee out in the playoffs?

That was a tremendous blow when it happened. People don't remember but that was by far the best Thunder team of their KD/RW era.

Its unlikely that the Jazz would have been able to get past the second round either way. For some reason lady luck is really unkind to the Jazz when it comes to injuries. I hope it changes because that coach is a difference maker.

I wasn't really impressed with Milwaukee, SAN Antonio, and Houston this weekend. I think this is shaping up to be an excellent first round of playoff games.
