JJ needed to pitch to Rizzo.. he had a much higher chance of getting a ground ball out of Rizzo.. Rizzo was pretty slow starting off his career but the last couple of years he's been a better hitter than Freeman.

I'm not saying Freddie is bad, just that at this point in his career he should be hitting 30 HRs a year with a .900 OPS.
Also, the ballpark isn't that big of a factor. Rizzo has arguably been better away from Wrigley. In 2014 and 2015 he hit a total of 38 HRs away and 25 HRs at home. His OPS in 2014 was .943 at home and .882 on the road. In 2015 his OPS was .860 at home and .930 on the road.
Freddie and Rizzo are actually very similar. But the fact is that Rizzo has taken his game up a notch while Freeman hasn't. That's not saying Freddie is bad. He's an excellent hitter but he should be better. Maybe Freddie takes it to that level last year if he doesn't hurt his wrist. I don't know. There just really isn't reason that a healthy Freeman shouldn't hit 30 HRs with a .900 OPS.
Also disappointed Freddie's power has not been better.
