As they sign, we'll put actual figure next to slot.

so lewis has signed for 3.2 million.

with that knowledge, would a Lewis/Wentz/Muller be better than what the Braves have..

would Lewis have signed for that amount being the #3 pick?

I guess some people are going to need details about Lewis' poor workout with the Braves this past week before they let this go.

Way to bury the lead. Becherer is a Tommy John patient and is 8-12 months away from being able to pitch again.

Firsthand confirmation about 23rd rounder Griffin Benson, who had been pulled over by a cop when he learned he was drafted...

Aledo Bearcats all-district first baseman Griffin Benson was drafted by the Atlanta Braves this afternoon during the Major League Baseball draft.
Benson was selected in the 23rd round and is the 679th player selected in the 2016 MLB draft.
Benson said he was actually being pulled over by a Willow Park police officer when he found out the Braves had drafted him.
“My Dad was following the draft on his phone, and when the officer was talking to me my Dad said ‘you were drafted by the Braves,'” Benson said. “This has been a dream of mine since I was young. This is awesome, and I really do not have any words right now to describe how I feel.”
Benson said the Braves offered him a signing bonus of $100,000 and informed him that after signing a contract early next week he would be headed to the Braves spring training facility in Orlando. He has not been assigned to a team in the Braves’ organization as of today.
“I will know more about where I will play next week,” he said.

No. 20 Gabe Howell reverses on his college commitment because it was the Braves who drafted him. From the Rome News:

Howell said he wasn’t even keeping up with the draft on Saturday, resigned to his choice to play ball at a junior college in Florida.
But the chance to put on a Braves uniform and play for an organization that he’s admired all his life was too much to pass up.
“It’s just an opportunity from the team that I love, that’s really all that it was,” Howell said when asked about his choice to pursue a career with the Braves.
The second baseman had a staggering .614 batting average in his final season at Trion, with 10 home runs, five triples and 36 RBIs and helped the Bulldogs reach the Class A Public state championship series.

Great news!! Most thought he would not sign... he's got some upside.

Wow! How is that even statistically possible in this game? Was he playing against 10-year-olds? Was each team only allowed one infielder? Goodness! Well, welcome to your Braves, young man!

IMO, of the first ten rounds, Wentz is the big question. If we can get him signed, the rest should fall into place.
