I think Weigel is ready to go up, too. Interested to see if that happens soon for either.

Anybody seen Allard lately? Is his stuff still plus plus. Putting up great numbers in Danville obviously.

Clean first inning for AJ Minter in his Double A debut. Fly out, strikeout, ground out.

It wasn't even the start to his minor league career. He pitched last year.

Hot damn, that new look Mississippi bullpen. Morris, Minter and Dirks all get through clean outings.

Between those three, Hursh and Phillips, we're looking at a pretty solid group of relievers.

I really think our pen will be solid next year even without Viz. Guys like Minter/Dirks/Morris/Dario... then you have Winkler/Paco/Simmons who can recover from injury to be even more of a force.

I don't know much about Corbin Clouse, but he's struck out 16 batters in 6.2 IP. 27th round pick out of a small college in Michigan.

not a bad way to get yourself noticed.. SSS.. but man, I would like to know what he throws.

best I can find on him right now..

sounds like a fastball/curve guy. guessing he has a cutter or sinker as his FB.. something to get the high K rate.

so the quartet of Morris/Minter/Dirks and Hursh went 6.2ip/1H/3BB/12Ks tonight.

Really like the top of our AA lineup
Look more closely. Lien had four 4 Ks. He is nowhere near what they'd hoped he'd be at this stage.

We'll see, last year was a very positive step forward. He's just played 8 games this year. Strikes out too much, but he's still got time to figure it out.

Literally the only thing that matters position player wise at AA is that Albies and Swanson play well. Albies picked up right where he left off in AA, and Swansin looks to be back in the groove.

Albies has dominated AA. And Wooten has made a case for a callup.
