No.2: The Baseball Brawl of Shame -- August 12, 1984.
One of the two days I can remember that I was really and truly ashamed of being an Atlanta Braves fan.
If you don't remember it, you probably won't agree, but I tried as much as I could with screen capture illustrations to reflect the total and utter chaos of the day.
Odd to think that Williams, Perez and McSherry (or even Wiggins, who died not long after of AIDs) are no longer with us. Time passes on.
No. 1: The Deepest shame I've ever felt as a Braves fan was reading about the aftermath of how the Braves treated Felicia Shotkoski. I will keep telling this story as long as I have a breath to draw to keep the memory of Dave Shotkoski and Terry Blocker alive.
