Good moves by Los Bravos to pick up ground on the Reds this series.

Looking at that list again, minus the braves it's like it's late 90's early 2000s all over again. Just need Pitt in there.

Know a guy who thinks this is the Hunter Greene sweepstakes.

He's a RHP/SS from a high school in Southern California.

We got this....we got Jim Johnson.....they don't. Pitch him everyday, you know, power sinkerballers get finer with more work.

Since when is a high school right handed pitcher a sure thing to go first overall?

He sure does seem impressive. There's a lot of baseball to be played between now and the draft, but he definitely has a shot at being a true 1-1.

Because he may well be a better hitter than pitcher.

I agree that I think he will end up being the clear #1 by draft day next year.

Profitable day for the Braves today with the Reds, Twins and Rays winning.

Also, the road trip started a few days ago. We're doing well so far.

Dividing by shortstop greatly increases his value

3.5 game lead. Not too bad. I think they will DL JT for 15 days. So we should pad that by end of August.

Braves are struggling against the easier part of the schedule.

The schedule really ramps up and gets difficult in August with Washington, St. Louis, Pittsburgh, San Francisco, and even the road games in Arizona won't be easy.

Atlanta also goes through a stretch where 13 games of a 34-game stretch are against Washington from the middle of August to the middle of September. I hate these schedules. I'd much rather them go back to playing each NL team 9-12 games a year and have just two divisions.

Would make some sense to do that, rests his arm as well for 2-3 starts.

I've been advocating for the removal of divisions all together for a long time now. Play every NL opponent 10 times and 22 inter-league games. 5 best teams make the playoffs
