    Fantasy Football Advice Thread

It's a good problem to have , but here's what I'm wrestling with: 16 team league (I know...), PPR, flex, can keep two players at the cost of a draft pick in the corresponding round:

    Antonio Brown - rd 1
    Devonta Freeman - rd 7
    Jordan Reed - rd 11

My gut is telling me to throw Freeman back into the pool, but I could see a case for keeping any two of the three.

Getting Brown is likely like picking 1-1 so hes a no brainer.

Reed is decent, but replaceable. Freeman for a RB2 is solid, just grab Coleman.

    Agreed... Brown and Freeman

My situation is also a good problem.

I can keep two keepers in an auction league. My choices:

    David Johnson - $1
    Devonta Freeman - $2
    Allen Robinson - $2

    Which one goes?

    DJ.

A Rob won't repeat last year, but I like him at that price. Them two....

I just don't want a DJ and DF combo at RB. While solid, theres no star power there.

If you could keep DJ and A rob and spend on a top flight RB1, and WR1, then you look pretty good.

Especially in a 16 team league, Freeman at 7 is SOLID knowing how fast Rbs go in most leagues.

Im not into fantasy, but you have the chance to take a TE in the 11th round that will give you 1 or 1A WR production and you pass on it for Freeman? There are injury concerns (which would be my hesitation), but you have a TE that put up 87/952/11 in 14 games.

Running back production is so unpredictable. He will give you a lot of catches assuming health so I can see that point of view.

Freeman is the higher ranked guy but would be required to take 4 rounds sooner and there are tons of RB that provide value. After Gronk/Reed/Olson, pretty much no one is close.

Tight end position is pretty weak. Jordan Reed is a steal in the 11th round. He gets injured, but him and Captaik Kirk have a great feel for each other on the field. If it's me I keep Brown and Reed.

David Johnson and Freeman. You have two starting caliber running backs for a grand total of 3 dollars spent. Leaving you with 197 dollars remaining to make up the rest of your team.

Curious, but how exactly is your auction keeper league done?

That's where I'm leaning... lot of WR depth to get in the draft.

Basically - we do an auction draft... the following year we can keep players for the same price we drafted them for the year before. After 2 years, the price goes up by $5 to keep.

I have been pushing to get our auction league as a keeper one as well. What site do you guys play on? I know ESPN has a terrible keeper status for draft leagues so I imagine it's even worse for an auction.

We play ESPN... the site keeps track of the original draft prices when you select keepers. and the commissioner has the ability to edit keeper salaries. It takes a little bit of work in order to do it - but auctions leagues >>>>>>>>>> draft leagues

Could be something to look into for this season, thanks.

I just signed up on MFL10 for a draft only league. Get 20 picks for your team and there are no transactions after that. Takes your best lineup each week and it's total points for the season. Anyone ever pkayed there before? I would love to get a league together on here.
