Can someone please explain to me why Steve Karsay is being honored before the game?

Dude didn't even pitch for the Giants and he was terrible for us, an absolutely horrible deal getting rid of Ricker. We should have never lost that 911 game ca the Mets at Shea, but cause of him we did.

Gorkys Hernandez is in RF for San Fran. What a long, strange trip it's been . . .

Something wrong with pence or day off? Markakis would look good in a giant uniform

So far a great night. Every one in the minors are rocking and we can loose to the Giants and hopefully dodgers get beat by Cubs.

Please let this be the end of the de la Cruz experiment. In AAA, he had an era of 4.68 with opp avg at .287.

I actually wanna see more of De La Cruz.

Helps seal the deal with the #1 pick.

And I'm not sure who exactly people expect them to bring up at this point in time.

    Bradley
Perez (has to be healthy soon)
Gant as starter instead of relief

Agreed on Gant. Bradley I think it'd be a good idea to give him a bit more success in AAA, dude just got there.

    From Chip's Twitter account.

"Remembering old friends at Lefty O'Douls in SF. Miss you all...forever."

IIRC, they were traveling on the charter to SFO when informed Skip had passed away. Hard to believe it's been 8 years since we list Skip, and two years since we lost Pete. I miss them so much.

Chip's going hard, triple-fisting at the bar (which is actually not uncommon in SF).
