At least for the sake of conversation, his Japan league stats have to be included. His all-around play and stats are mind-blowing. He's among the best to ever play the game and having a solid season at 42 as a 4th outfielder.

Ichiro is one of the best hitters (for getting actual hits) to ever live. I would say he's better than Rose in that dept but in the end it doesn't matter. Easy HOFer and would of been nice to see his whole career in MLB.

Ichiro is probably the best "little ball" player I've ever seen. Unbelievable bat control, great baserunner, and a phenomenal arm from RF.
