Does Strasburg have some sort of medical condition that forces him to perspire so profusely? Can't be healthy with all of salts he must be losing on the mound--certainly can't be replaced while he's pitching and you wonder if they can get into his system quickly enough between innings to help.

SS is an injury waiting to happen. Nats may regret his extension
When I use to sweat during ball I would drink pickle juice in between innings and also take potassium pills about an hour before games. Would keep me from cramping and keep me hydrated.
I have every confidence that we'll waste a leadoff double with a good chance he doesn't advance...we'll see.
Not making light of injury but the Nats are just snakebit with Overratedburg.
