Believe it or not, his best position is second. He has 11 DRS (defensive runs saved) or something like that in less than 400 innings at second this year (including a few runs saved for us).

Joe also said he thought Simmons might already be passing Furcal as the best SS. It was a polite sentence for public consumption. Everyone knows how good Simmons is.

Uggla may not have cost us the game (time will tell), but regardless he made us have to use up our bullpen again.

I rather steal here, BJ can steal bases really well. Oh well never mind. Hopefully it works, but bunting now and not last inning makes no sense. We could've stolen early there and then bunted, that would've been best IMO.

I still say it was a mistake to bunt before stealing, if you let Schafer steal you should BJ as he's even better at it. Hopefully we get a two out hit and win it. But if BJ steals first we'd already won this game.
