Onto the main topic here, the Baby Driver was pretty great. Finally saw it. Tonally different than other Wright films but conceptually it's brilliant. The Choreography and everything else about the interactions was great. Honestly, I expected Spacey or Foxx to be my favorite in the film, but it was for sure Jon Hamm.

    That ending was Bullocks.

I don't care how many people take the stand for him in his defense of good character, he was indirectly involved in the murders of a bunch of innocent people as well as a bunch of Cops. If he were black, Baby would be in prison for 40 to life without parole.

Bladerunner 2049 was so good. It didn't try to be too much. It was something a bit different. Villeneuva is brilliant. The visuals of the film were truly spectacular as was the scoring. Hopefully it does well enough at the box office to bring about a sequel.

Seen 8 movies in 9 days with MoviePass.

    Wind River was fantastic.
Blade Runner was second time I watched it.
    Foreigner was really good.
Watched Rocky Horror since I never got to see it in theaters.
Brawl in Cell Block 99 is a must see. Vince Vaughn’s best performance.
American Made was great. Usually meh on Cruise these days but story was great.
Mountain Between Us was ok. Wouldn’t watch again to be honest.

Just got out of Snowman. Beautiful looking movie but I’d avoid it. Bad execution. Great cast but they don’t really do much. Very disappointed. Wait for Netflix or Redbox if you wanna take a look. Very incoherent.

This weekend i have Geostorm, Blade Runner (3x), and Only the Brave on que.

wish florida project would air in my area.

    (1) Wind River very good.
    (2) Blade Runner 2049 very good.
    (3) American Made flat out awesome. I'm a big fan of later career Cruise and no exception here.
    (4) Snowman has been crushed by the critics and I think a lot of the criticism is valid. I thought it was okay. It's a red herring fest. Fassbender is excellent, but his character is kind of inexplicable. Rebecca Ferguson is going to be a big, big star. J.K. Simmons totally miscast.

Director of Snowman said they didn't finish filming hte last 20% of the movie, that's why it looked shoehorned.

    Since that post, I've seen:

Blade Runner again (gets better and better and better)
Geostorm - In the spirit of Day After Tomorrow, 2012, San Andreas... definitely not the best of the 3. Fun but more ridiculous if that was even possible.
Victoria and Abdul - Dench is absolutely class as always.
Battle of the Sexes - Had to see it because I work in tennis, and it was the last day in theaters where I live. Fun stuff for sure.

Going to see Jigsaw tonight. Have Only the Brave, Blade Runner, Shining, Mark Felt lined up for the next 4 days.

Prequel? I read sequel even though I don't know how they'd do it with the ending of TDR. Probably a dream sequence then.

    Prequel would be 1000 Corpses.

You’re right I posted it wrong. A sequel would rock.

I've been wanting to see it badly! I hear it's Dafoe's best work yet.

Released at one of the art house theaters on the other side of town. Will probably be gone after tonight, so I likely won't get a chance to see it in the theater. Looks good.

It is going to get a wide release soon. Maybe January for Oscar’s push. I know a few years ago Silver Linings Playbook came out in November and Savannah didn’t get it at any of the 6 theaters here until second week of January.

Was HDS’s final bow as good as hyped or just post-Death hype?
