Disney will control roughly 40% of TV distribution and 40% of film distribution. That's too much power in the hands of one. One company controls that much of what we consume for media is dangerous.

Does this factor in streaming and the content that Netflix, Google, and Amazon are making? IMO that is the future and it scares Disney. This is a move to protect themselves from someone like Apply buying them out in 5 years.
