I'm not sure which wife. It might have been the first one he told on her cancer bed he wanted a divorce. To marry his them secretary

I think his 2nd was at least on her feet when he let her in on the fact Callista became an "item"

A very slow recovery, with the lowest growth rates we have seen after a recession, despite historically low interest rates and historically high deficit growth.

it's more impressive than inheriting an economy with a market that was hitting all-time highs and had a bajillion straight months of job growth and doing nothing special with it, for sure.

Obama's market was hitting all-time highs. Why is it impressive that it's simply continued? trump isn't a top job creator - why is that impressive?

oh don't forget with a republican congress whose stated intent was to stall Obama's progress so as to not make him look good. and he STILL succeeded.

but the fact is, trump is doing nothing new or special.

If you have a dollar how easy is it to triple your money? Is it harder to triple your money when you start at 1000?

Fortunately for those who share his ideology he was able to pass most of his big deficit spending agenda while he had a filibuster proof majority in Congress though, right?

As I've explained dozens of times on here... it's very quite simple.

    1. Obama inherrited a terrible recession, leaving nowhere to go but up

    2. Obama was handed 0% interest rates for his entire term, allowing business to borrow free money for years and basically buy growth (by the way, this is also the why the wealth gap has expanded)

    3. The Fed pumped trillions of dollars of QE into the economy to artificially boost it (by the way, this is also why the wealth gap has expanded)

    4. Obama's market had completely stalled out by the end of 2014... his last two years was basically flat until Trump was elected

Now, the fed has already increased interest rates under Trump and the QE has stopped. This is a headwind that Obama didn't have to deal with.

Hey Trump voters, yesterday Pence voted to break a Senate tie to pass a bill to stop consumers from mounting class-action lawsuits against rip-off banks/credit card firms. Trump will sign. How's that for populism? You were conned. Sad.

Remember that time when people got so mad at immigrants and a woman using email that they decided to hand our lives over to the big banks?
