Health care for children seems like a necessity for a civilized society and if lack of access or affordability of health care for such children leads to lack of care, I find that unacceptable. There are numerous issues regarding cultural norms and the integration and assimilation of (often traumatized) immigrant populations. There's quite a bit of honest, evenhanded European commentary to be read on the subject, if you choose to see it...but you clearly don't.
