Sure. You pivoted to associating with people who caused billions in damages and several deaths during a months long, national, insurrection.
Your principled stand put you on the side of people who want to ban books that offend them and use government to tell social media companies who to kick off.
You're so concerned about the Capitol building attack on our institutions that you joined the side that wants to pack the court, add states to pack the Senate, and get rid of the Electoral College.
You find Trump's immigration policies so vile that you took the side of people who are sending Cubans back across the Florida Straits instead of granting them asylum because they're of the wrong political persuasion.
Makes sense to me.

That is all laughable as he has the worst economic record since Hoover and his incompetence directly led to millions dead worldwide and hundreds of thousands of Americans. His political instincts were so good he got over 2 million less votes than the most unpopular candidate to actually win a nomination for President by a major party. Never received even 47% of the vote. This was like his 4th time tuning for President. His political instincts are so good he got 81 million people to vote for Iim Crow Joe. You can say Trump added 11 million voters but he also inspired 16 million new voters to vote for the other side. Down ballot Republicans actually did better than him consistently and it cost him the election.

"Donald Trump will serve a second term as president of the United States.
It’s over."

CNN gave him non-stop coverage during the primaries. People have forgotten. But he hated Fox during the 2016 primaries because they were much more favorable to Cruz, Rubio et al. Anyone but Trump. Of course that changed. But CNN gave him an enormous amount of very valuable coverage during the primaries. And it wasn't very critical coverage. They loved covering the clown show. It was great for ratings and nothing else mattered much.

You're smart enough to look at data before and after a pandemic shut down the country and see the truth regarding the economy, so I'll leave that but alone.
His incompetence led to millions dead worldwide and hundreds of thous in the US? Show your work, because that's nonsense.
As for political instincts, a failed real estate developer and third rate reality show host became POTUS, and nearly won a second term despite a once in a century pandemic that was completely beyond his or anyone else's control, and a media that stopped pretending to be impartial.
