Speaking of corruption: The wife of Trump’s ethics lawyer, advisor and friend has been arrested after Police in Virginia say they found her having sex with an inmate outside of a county jail.
Teresa Burchfield, 53 is accused of providing the prisoner with contraband items including cigarettes, vitamins and clothing. The prisoner who is 23 years old and hasn’t been named is said to have “trustee status” and as such was allowed to work inside and outside the adult correctional centre in Fauquier County according to reports by the Fauquier Times.
A criminal complaint says that she and a 23-year-old inmate were having sex when they were caught in the backseat by a deputy, according to the Fauquier Times.
The Fauquier Sheriff’s office gave a statement regarding the arrest:
“During the investigation on Tuesday afternoon, September 5, 2017, detectives discovered an inmate and a female in the rear seat of a vehicle in a parking lot adjacent to the detention center facility,” the sheriff’s office said in a press release. “The inmate was found in possession of suspected vitamin supplement pills and other unauthorized articles alleged to have been obtained from the female.”
The items included “clothing, cigarettes and suspected over the counter vitamin supplements,” the sheriff’s office said.

Trump overturned Obama's ridiculous sexual assault witch hunts memo. Could not be happier about this. I hate rapists with a passion but these guidelines led to many men being railroaded. If someone says they are raped call the police ASAP. That's it. Many colleges have said they will continue to persecute men but I hope Trump does what Obama did and threatens their funding if they continue.

I had already seem that article. The whole issue is near and dear to my heart. I helped a friend about a year or two ago get through a false accusation by his daughter. It was such BS CPS cleared him of any wrong doing and if you have ever has any dealings with CPS you know they are not exactly reasonable people. So my friend voluntarily talked to the detectives. Despite having nothing to substantiate the case they issued a warrant for him
My friend said the detectives told him since they did not have enough to convict him they issued the warrant knowing he couldn't pay the bail or afford a lawyer. So my friend turned himself in and I paid his bail. A week later a cop shows up at our work saying he has a warrant for his arrest again. Apparently there was an error in the paperwork and he owes more bail money. Considering He turned himself in I would think they would call him and ask him to turn himself in again or come to pay the remainder of the bail. No, this cop shows up at our work. This was a pizza hut so drivers are going in and out. The cop was very rude to the drivers who were coming and out because that's their job. He comes into the store and tells my boss he will arrest anyone who calls my friend to give him a heads up. So my friend arrives and is completely compliant but it became clear the cop just wanted to rough him up. He pulls his gun and points it at my friend as soon as he pulls into the parking lot and physically assaults him. All the meanwhile threatening anyone who stops to watch what is going on. My friend tells me the cop laughed and taunted him the entire way to jail. I paid the rest of his bail and he got out. His wife takes his daughter to a lawyer and the lawyer interviews her and says she is clearly lying. He says for 5k he will end this shot within 24 hours. They have 7 kids so money is really tight so they had to wait for their income tax refund to pay him. I don't kow exactly what he did but there was a grand jury hearing and they did not recommend charges which should tell you how bull**** the case was. Grand juries vote to recommend charges in over 98% of cases unless it's a police officer in which it's under 2%.
Now the accusation was that she woke him up to tell him she was leaving for school and he said "can I see your breasts". That was the entire accusation. The police were threatening 5-10 years of prison and he was considering taking a plea deal before I got involved. Reality was she just wanted to get him out of the house so she could do what she wanted. She was getting to that she and he wasn't letting her dress slutty which I thnk most parents of teenage daughters can relate to. While she was gone she was caught drinking in the home with an under age boy. A few months ago she was arrested for using sex in a park which she tried to pass off as rape. Police looked at her texts to determine that was a lie and she got some charge from that. I don't remember the exact charge.

This is the problem with the political left branding him as all of the worst things ever though.

We had all of those "I am woman, hear me roar" marches, despite any real threat to women's rights.
He hates gays, unless you go looking for something to back that up.
He was going to start a nuclear war, except that he has handled North Korea brilliantly.
He has a real chance to show all of that to be partisan fear mongering. Now obviously, it was always partisan fear mongering, that's plainly obvious to anyone with multiple brain cells to rub together. But he has a chance to make that clear to a few more people. I am curious to see what he does with it.

I watched the Winston accusations play out up close and it was exactly Cajun's point. It was shown to be a money grab , plain and simple.
At the same time I have seen the law work. I have seen attitudes change with the threat of prosecution.
It pretty much comes down to no means no and don't raise men to act like dicks toward women.

I generally believe the accuser too but I still don't think the accuse should be denied due process. A big part of the problem is that we as a society are train girls to cry wolf to get their way and these colleges are applying their own interpretation of what rape is. The negative effects of being falsely convicted of rape are very similar to that which an actual rape victim goes through. Colleges can't imprison people bit they can deny that person a college education and fee colleges are going to accept someone that was kicked out of college for raping someone.
I really don't know how this is complicated. If a student says they were raped call the police ASAP. If the police decide to charge the student then ban them from campus until that is resolved. If they are convicted then they won't have to expel them they will being prison. If they are rich and get a slap on the wrist with no prison time then expel them.
Schools have no right to conduct their own trials to get around our court system. I hate that any rapist will escape justice but I will not ruin the lives of innocent people just in case. This isn't the schools job. It's the cops. If people think too many rapists are going free then they should take that up with the police. They actively choose to ignore raped and murders in favor of speed traps and waging war against drug users. It's all about priorities and rape is something like 10th on cops priority list. There are cities with thousands of untested rape kits because they are too busy pillaging poor communities.
As for the TMZ tape, Trump is clearly exaggerating and stroking his ego. Anyone who thinks he literally goes around grabbing women by the pussy is a moron of the highest magnitude.

After watching the Winston debacle I agree with you to a point - but there does have to be some teeth in the law.
This clumsy method of dealing with a complicated problem will not get any closer to solving the problem . This move by the Trump Admin is like so many other moves by the Trump Admin "throwing out the baby with the bathwater"

We train girls to make false rape accusations to get their way by including those situations in media. The example I was looking for but can't find the clip is from the TV show Gotham where Selina threatens to scream rape of Gordon didn't do what she wanted. Of course it worked and Gordon isn't the least bit upset she just threatened to falsely accuse him of rape. Things like this are taken in at a subconscious level.
I think the culture of women being afraid of coming forward has reversed itself. We now live in a victim culture. These SJW are practically competiting as if they are in the victim olympics. Sadly there are a lot of people who want to be seem as victims because it's the highest class in the SJW hierarchy.

Oh god, my sides, that is the most hilariously bull**** articles I have seen in a long time. Yes, those statistics work out if you think a female can retroactively withdraw consent days after the sex occurred or any of the other bull**** new interpretation of rape they come up with.
If I considered every time I had drunk sex as me being raped because I couldn't consent due to being impaired I have been raped over 100 times.
What these colleges are doing is trying to change what rape is. Do you know some colleges require affirmative consent every step of the way during sex or they consider it rape. By their standards how many women have you raped 57?
If anyone responded to an accusation of rape by making the accused write a paper or any of that other **** I want them held accountable. That is bull****. The only acceptable answer to a rape accusation is to call the police. You all know how much I hate the police but I support them 100% when going after rapists. That actually fits the "serve and protect" motto they like to use.
