ya got me there. I actually did Google it and got a quote from Powell saying what I posted. Powell should be held accountable just like Hillary. I don't know that it's any better that Powell told her how to get around the rules. If anything it's proof of intent. It's not even why I hate Hillary, I just want to see the government elites ruthlessly prosecuted like cops do to poor people. If it was a no name staff member who did what Powell and Hillary did they would be in a dark cell right now.
