For both it would be a lot. I think the Sox are better off splitting them. A team who wants Quintana is a team like he Stros, Pirates, or Cardinals who are always looking for the value trade. The team who wants Frazier has already put themselves in the playoffs this year and feel they're a bat way from being complete.
My best uneducated guess on just Quintana would be Albies/Newcomb/Riley/Sims
Yes. The only way it would make sense is if we wanted to do a reallocation of prospects. If we thought we could trade pitching prospects for him and flip him for hitting prospects in July it would make sense, but that's a gamble. The Padres tried that with Justin Upton and miscalculated. They still got a pick, but gave up more than they thought they were going to get in July at the deadline.

I think Markakis could be moved, but it would be for middling prospects. We're deep enough that we're looking to get rid of those kind of prospects for lottery tickets and assets to flip at a later date.
We don't have anyone else who could step in as the defacto veteran team captain right now or take over in RF. That may change, but for now Markakis makes sense on this roster.
This is what I talked about when we signed him. You could argue he probably underperformed his first two years because when you pay a 32 year old outfielder for 4 years, you better get above market value in the first 2 years, because the last 2 years may get ugly.
So 2 years for 22 million for a guy that is projected to hit something like .270-.275/.350/.390 with bad defense. Who lines up for that?

Markakis, and his entire contract, probably could be moved for a nothing prospect. Problem is, the Braves think Markakis is better than he is. They feel like they are set in the OF with Kemp, Inciarte and Markakis, despite the fact that Ender is the only average or better player in that group.
The Braves FO is still very much in the stone ages when it comes to projecting current MLB player value, especially when it comes to defense and baserunning. There is no other explanation for them valuing Markakis and Kemp so highly.
Wait, but Kemp offers protection in the lineup and Markakis provides vet lairdership!

but he got nominated for a gold glove.
The Nats WAAAAY over paid for eaton. But that contract really provides them some options so I get it. He's a good player. He's better than Markakis by a lot.
I do think we could move Neck at the deadline or next year. I have hopes that DPeterson is going to hit well enough to be that guy. I'm not expecting much for Markakis. Maybe we eat half of the money and we get a B prospect.
I don't think Neck is or will be an anchor for this team. If Peterson is ready next year at the minimum (Klaw has been clear for almost a year now he thinks Peterson is much better than replacement in a corner) then we could afford one year of neck as the grizzled Vet on the bench.
Isn't eaton about the same size as Albies? I think eaton might have 20 pounds on him but albies is a decade younger. Both are like 5-7, right? Just saying it's possible albies could grow into 10-15 HR power.
I'd consider that, but I'm not as high on Albies and Riley as some are. I think Albies is replaceable and Riley has more value as a 1B/3B/Dh in the AL. Others think they're cornerstones of our future IF. I guess that would depend on what our FO and the Sox FO thinks. I think Newcomb has the opportunity to be just as good as Quintana though.
If Altuve can grow into 20+ HR power, anyone can grow into double digit HR power. Like anything else, exceptions do not disprove a rule, and the rule of thumb is tiny guys don't hit for much power.
If you hear hooves, think horse, not unicorn. If you see a slightly built 5'7 guy, think 1-5 HRs per year, not 10-15+.
word fam :cheers
