This is also the first good game Maholm has had with Laird behind the plate.
A bit off-topic, but this is one reason why I hate the unbalanced schedule. Since the Braves didn't even visit Philadelphia until July, it really seems like I'm watching them play there every 2 weeks though I know thats not the case. The same goes for the Miami Marlins playing in Atlanta this year.
