Like, you're spoiling for this fight and you don't even seem to know what the words mean. You don't have much of a grip on history, either.

OMG I self owned over a technicality.
Ill ask you again, if a baby is born with a biological penis, is it unethical to call it a male?
And I'll ask this again since it conveniently got ignored. In the extreme example...
IF a dude throws on a wig and says he's a woman and demands to play women's basketball, what would you do or think about that?
I didn't ascribe their gender. I described their sex. And I, personally, have very little attachment to the idea of using gendered language, now, or in the future.
I'll go ahead and assume the question asked twice will.go unanswered
Because I equate gender the same as sex. That is the intent of my discussion. You wanna get hung up on a technicality that you are welcome to.do, but it is very unproductive.
So if I say biological sex, what would your response have been?
Nah, instead, we have to spend 10 posts going back and forth on a technicality, rather than the intent of the discussion. But if it makes you feel smart, I hope you sleep extra well tonight.
Meanwhile, still no answer to the question?
The fact that it's not a technicality seems utterly lost on you.
I answered your dumb ****ing question, by challenging its validity. I do not believe in "biological gender," because there is no such thing. I believe that biological sexes are classified without controversy.
I further answered your questions about calling a baby with a penis a male, though I can expand on that, if you like.
It's a technicality in the sense that I think of them the same. You're free to say im wrong but the intent of the discussion was clear. But he we are still arguing about something else.
And the question I'm looking for an answer on is how we will handle a dude putting on a wig and wanting to play in the wnba.
Truly, the last questions in dire need of answer are about sports leagues' gender identity policies.
Do you know any trans people? Or anyone who is gender-non conforming, etc? You might benefit from listening to them. If you don't have those resources available, do some reading. You may not change your mind, but you may find some avenues worth considering.
So you won't answer? What rights are trans people being denied?
I work with 2 trans people at least. Don't talk often but conversations have been pleasant thus far.not sure why that matters... I'm fine with living their lives... I'm not fine with guys playing women sports and us teaching our kids to think about what gender they identify with

The Trump DOJ issued a memo stating that trans individuals were not covered under various discrimination statutes. That was a reversal of previous policy, and at odds with current EEOC policy and current case law. Many states don't have employment-discrimination statutes providing protection to trans persons, some states have so-called "bathroom bills," some state courts have issued rulings in custody and visitation rights that are hostile to transgender individuals.
That's off the top of my head.
The apology culture rages on. Do not dare eat a sandwich or you may infuriate the left
