Here is a good case that shows how unequal the justice system is. And when I saw unequal I dont mean black vs white I mean public vs cop. A cop gets a call that someone driving down a road almost hit a person. The cop for whatever reason decides to stop Mr. Littleton's vehicle under the belief that it was the vehicle he got the call about. There was no proof or evidence so he wasnt arrested but the cop did aggressively pull him from the car and search him. The cop tells Mr. Littleton that he cant drive down this road again and threatens to arrest him if he sees him on this road ever again. Mr. Littleton needed to go down that road at a later date and fearing for his life from that cop if he did he called the local police department to get a clarification on what he was supposed to do and to file a complaint against the cop. The dispatcher tells him he can come file a complaint with the chief in the morning. Mr. Littleton needed to travel that road the next day so the dispatcher offered him the chance to speak to a officer....... and hands the phone to the same cop that had stopped Mr. Littleton. That cop tells him he can come next week to file a complaint and hangs up. So he called the Sheriff Office but didnt get much of an answer so he calls the state police to ask them what he should do. The state dispatcher calls the local PD to ensure whatever they tell Mr. Littleton that he would not get inconsistent information about what to do. The corrupt cop, Mr. Dukes, gets wind of this and instructs the local dispatchers to call back Mr. Littleton that he could come down to the department that night to talk to a supervisor. No supervisor was on duty at the time.... Mr. Littleton fearing this was a trap instead asked if the supervisor could come to his house instead. The dispatcher tells him no but asks his address anyways assuring him no one would come to his house to retaliate against him if he gave it. Mr. Dukes then shows up in the middle of the night and beats the living hell out of Mr. Littleton tasing him several times and breaking his nose. Dukes charges him with harrassing communications, resisting arrest, assaulting a police officer, and I **** you not criminal mischief for bleeding on Dukes's uniform because of Mr. Littleton's broken nose.



Now for all this the cop only got 42 months. I am sympathetic to cops who do get caught up in things that are legally dubious but this was 100% a criminal using a badge to terrorize an innocent person. If Mr. Littleton had done anything similar to Dukes he would have got a minimum of 20 years in prison if not 50. This is the unequal justice under the law I talk about. The idea behind tougher penalties for crimes against cops was that it would discourage people from committing crimes against them, we should apply that same logic to preventing cops from committing crimes against the public. The current laws are not strict enough. Civil rights violations should not be 1-2 years in prison. It should be 10-20 per offense. I dont mean accidental piddly ****, but when its clear the intent was to terrorize like in this case there should be more charges with mandatory long sentences.

LAPD Officers Charged With Falsifying Gang Records Could Disrupt Over 750 Criminal Cases

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office is reviewing hundreds of criminal cases after criminal charges were filed against three LAPD officers accused of falsifying records about gang affiliation.

Braxton Shaw, 37, Michael Coblentz, 43, and Nicolas Martinez, 36, were charged in July with one count each of conspiracy to obstruct justice and multiple counts of filing a false police report and preparing false documentary evidence.

The officers were assigned at the time to the LAPD’s Metropolitan Division when they allegedly falsified field interview cards and misidentified dozens of people who were stopped by the officers as gang members.


Prosecutors say that some of the false information written in the cards was used to wrongfully enter people into California’s gang database.

Vallejo police department exposed for throwing celebrations for cops when they kill someone...... also of note is that the union rep is under suspension for destroying evidence in the police killing of a person. Like I said many times, we need private prosecution. The family of the victim is very much upset about this but the DA wont press charges despite all the evidence in the world he is guilty. If its a crime for me it should be a crime for them. This is the very definition of unequal under the law.

Fox has literally just been one giant campaign ad for Trump for weeks. Heres this Florida police union unanimously endorsing Trump. Their reasoning? They are tired of getting beat up and disrespected in these protests..... happening under President Trump..... so we need to re-elect Trump to prevent what's already happening......



Questions I would have for this guy.



- in your experience in law enforcement do innocent people obstruct investigations or cooperate to clear their name?



- if my lawyer went to your PD and said that I had inflated my assets value on loan applications and devalued them on my taxes, would you consider that substantial evidence that I comitted a felony?




- do you think it is acceptable for people your PD arrests to obstruct your investigations, publicly insult your officers, and threaten that there should be retaliation against them?




- do you think a candidate who is credibly accused of multiple felonies with grand juries ready to go ASAP should drop out to deal with those legal issues?




- is the abuse you are taking and disrespect at or approaching unprecedented levels in your time in law enforcement? Yes? Then why are you endorsing the President whose term thisnis happening in? If this did not happen under Obama/Biden then why do you not see Biden as superior to Trump when the issues you cite all happened at unprecedented levels in his term? How does that make any sense whatsover?

Here is reason enough for LivePD to be canceled. A man appeared in court for a warrant for assault from a fight with his roommate. Cops delibrately took a seperate warrant relating to the same offense off the books so he would not be arrested at the courthouse..... so they could send SWAT team to raid his house..... 4 hours later..... so they could get footage for LivePD. Are you ****ing kidding me.

Shootings are up here locally. It has been an especially bad stretch the last few weeks. Two people shot each other up over a parking spot two weeks ago. So sad.
