Here is an interesting one. Police officers are doing training. A black police officer goes to the bathroom and while there readjusts the money he has in his pocket. A white officer sees this. They finish their training. Then the white police officer arrests the black police officer telling him "a person like him isnt supposed to have this much money". The black officer was only released after his girlfriend showed him the bank receipts for the withdrawal of the money. The police chief at the time says that its perfectly reasonable to arrest a person because they have a lot of money. That white police officer was charged with misdemeanor assault that has a maxium punishment of only 93 days in jail. Yeah its great the guy was prosecuted but they gave him the lowest charge possible. How about violation of oath of office? Illegal detainment? Kidnapping? Having too much money on you is not a crime to begin with. So many potential charges only to go for the bare minimum. Not only this but the white cop kept his job. Absolute hore****.

Heres another lawsuit pending where he pulled a gun on a guy after a verbal altercation while he was off duty in a shopping center. Despite numerous people calling 911 on the person pointing a gun and threatening the victim the cops show up and arrest the victim and help hold the man down while the off duty cop savagely beats the man.

I did not see this coming. New Indiana law allows for shooting public servants to defend yourself and your property if they are breaking the law. Now I understand theres a lot of people out there that arent smart enough to understand what is and isnt illegal. These forums are a great example, but that shouldnt deprive us from the right to defend ourselves from criminals just because they work for the government. Let me give an example of where this could apply. Cops are beating on your door telling you to open the door they have a search warrant for 1245 Dumass lane but you live at 1241 Dumass lane. You inform them its the wrong address. They dont care and break in anyways. They arent legally allowed to enter your residence. They are in the commission of a crime. Mistakes happen, but you informed them of the mistake and they still did it anyways. Thats not a mistake its a willful violation of the law. Light em up. That you have the right to defend yourself in these situations will make them think twice about breaking the law.

Yes the cops were overly brutal but yet again this is a situation where complying instead of resisting ends with no brutality. I don't know what's not clear to people. When cops say get on the ground, refusing and yelling "I didn't do nuting" or "for what" significantly increases the chances they beat your ass. I have yet to see the cop video where someone repeats those lines while refusing and the cops just let them go. We need basic legal training for people as a part of education.

Cop shoots a 12 year old in the knee during a raid. Now I know what your thinking. Raids require split second decisions and he probably made a mistake in the heat of the moment. No, the house had been cleared and secured. The boy was shirtless sitting on the edge of his bed. The cop then proceeds to turn off his bodycam and put black tape over his badge number. For this tax payers are paying out 12 million dollars. The cop? Not even a slap on the wrist. Not fired. Not suspended. Not even losing vacation hours which is one of the most insulting punishments. Nothing like forcing a bad and violent cop to be on the streets more often as a punishment for criminal actions. This is a great example of what I mean when I say we need a way for private citizens to charge cops for crimes since the DAs are often compromised. DA wont charge the cop but I dont think theres an honest jury in the world that wouldnt convict if this went to trial.
